WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept AfterPay, PayPal, and all major credit cards on our secure site. Available payment options will display during your checkout process.

I PURCHASED A PRE-ORDER ITEM, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

You purchased one of our newest items! It is not available to ship yet, and will ship around the approximated date shown on the listing. Please be aware that dates are approximate and are subject to change.

Your Pre-order items will always ship on or before the Pre-order date on your item.

 SHIPPING:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring a timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our facilities by the carrier. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed on weekends from Friday after 3pm-Sunday will process on Monday.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout before submitting your payment information. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from 4TheJournee.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

WE SHIP BY USPS MAIL.  ALL SHIPMENTS INCLUDE TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, below are the estimated times of arrival. Please note arrival times may take longer during holidays depending on the efficiency of your local post office. Once your package has shipped from our facilities please use the USPS tracking tool or contact USPS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TRACKING UPDATES. 1-800-275-8777

U.S. Orders:

-USPS Priority- 2-3 days (does not include Sunday) insured

-USPS First Class- 2-5 days (does not include Sunday)

-USPS Express mail -1-2 days (does not include Sunday insured

 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email or text (depends on the notification method chosen at checkout). Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our facilities you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.

The message will include your order details and tracking number. Please click the blue view my order button to follow the progress of your shipment.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our facilities. Tracking can take up to 48 hrs to update in USPS system. Please use the USPS tracking feature to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

Can I use more than one coupon code?

Only one coupon code is valid per order. Free shipping is never automatically applied. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply coupons to your order, nor can we apply them to orders made before the discount was offered. Entering your redeemed Rewards code applies towards your one valid coupon code per order. No other offers can be combined with rewards redemption.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

The coupon code box is located under the grand total at checkout. We have found that some internet browsers do not display our coupon code box. If this is the case, please try using another browser. Please remember that we cannot retroactively apply coupon codes for you.

I entered a coupon code and it didn't apply, why not?

There are several reasons why a coupon code may not apply. Possible reasons are: it is a one-time use code that has already been used, the code has expired, there is a minimum purchase amount required that has not been met, or the code entered is not valid on purchases shipped outside of the U.S. Please note: shipping discount codes can only be applied to U.S. orders and cannot be applied to any wholesale orders. If you are trying to enter a code that does not apply and does not fall under one of these exceptions, please contact us for assistance.

An item I recently ordered just went on sale, do you do price adjustments?

We would be happy to adjust your order if your recently purchased item goes on sale within 7 business days of your original purchase. Any items older than 7 business days are not eligible for a price adjustment.

 Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. A 4% NY State Tax will be added to all New York orders per state law.

 I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

 No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item back for store credit. Note that bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, sale items and accessories are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for an exchange.

 DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

 No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customers own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

 No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

 WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

Our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT?

When we receive your exchange item, we will process the exchange within 2-4 business days. Once your exchanged item has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for this store credit code.

CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED?

Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. If urgent we recommend that you contact us by phone; (914)344-0314
