RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

4 The Journee understands that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY. NO REFUNDS!

  • We are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. Exchanges are to be made within 5 business days from the date package was received. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
  • Please send exchange items to the address listed below. The items MUST BE in their original packaging and unworn. If the order is NOT returned in its original state, your exchange WILL NOT be honored. Bodysuits(Sets w/ bodysuit, swimwear, lingerie, sale items, shoes, accessories, all White items, excluded and are FINAL sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 5th day or is a final sale item.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.   

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail - DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
